nes Sainz Reportedly Harrased By Nfl Players

INES SAINZ, the Mexican television reporter, was apparently harassed by NFL players and coaches during practises and also in the locker room, reports the New York Times. Sainz was working for TV Azteca during the New York Jets practise session on Saturday 14th September 2010, when a number of incidents were said to have taken place. The New York Post suggests that during drills, a team coach purposely overthrew passes that landed near Sainz on the sideline. Greg Aiello, spokesman for league said, "The Jets and our office began looking into it as soon as we learned of it."
32-year-old Sainz is a former Miss Universe contestant. She represented Spain in the 1997 pageant which was held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, however she did not make it through to the finals night, and it was Brook Lee, of Hawaii, who eventually won the contest.
The New York Jets were preparing for their opening game of the season against Baltimore when the alleged incidents took place. Afterwards, Sainz tweeted stating that she was "dying of embarrassment"
